I want CS Source, but I dont want to buy Half-Life 2 or download whole CS Source trough Steam. Is CS Source being sold as a retail game in stores now?

im not sure how it works but when you start steam now and go to the 'store' page it has
Half-Life 2 "price"
Counter-Strike: Source "price"
Day of Defeat: Source "price"
RDKF "price"

so i dont know if you can buy it individually but im pretty sure you can....else it would be stupid to have it up on the store for $20
