Is it true that Blizzard is making another WarCraft 3 expansion?

A friend of mine told me that the Blizzard Newsletter claimed that Blizzard is making a new expansion. He said that they should a model for Prince Arthas in shiny armour.
Is this true or is he having me on(Lying).
If so, can anyone help me find that Prince Arthas pic?

I haven't heard anything about it, and I am a daily Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne player. Blizzard has never made more then one addon for each of their titles so I don't think they would for Warcraft 3...

With World Of War craft MMORPG nearing release, I think it would be stupid to start another project until that finished... (Unless of course its Starcraft 2)...
