Is steam down or is it just me?

Well it started two days ago but im still unable to start up steam I uninstalled and reinstalled two times but it does not help. I keep getting "Cannot connect to the steam network ,please try again later" message. So is steam down or somthing?

i was just playing CS:S...look elsewhere in your pc.
