Is there a way to change my monitor?

Hi all. I'm experiencing problems like a lot updating CSS today. I've checked my monitor, which is listed as #20. This is showing as very busy, but also it shows as a North American server while I am in the UK. Is it possible to change to a UK monitor?

I think you mean server.

It's not possible to manually select one, but restarting steam gives you a chance of getting a different one.
