Is There a way to Get Rid Of Name Tags?

Well In Half Life 2 Deathmatch and Synergy,
Players/Enimies Have nametags when scrolled over by the crosshair.
I find This fine In Half Life 2 Deathmatch.
But in Synergy It's not really fitting as it Also Gives Npcs name tags also.

Is there some sort of console command to get rid of Name Tags?

In HL1, I beleive it was "hud_playerid 0", no idea if thats been carried over though.
