What the hell? Sounds like its run by a 12 year old.

EDIT: They have stuff for Guild Wars too - Lvl 1-20 in 5 days (119EUR)

Technically... seeing as all the in-game items are the property of Blizzard / Ncsoft... yes. Although there are tons of sites like this, and I never see them get shut down.

There was an article in PCGamer about it recently... buying items like that can get your account suspended, but it's still a huge industry atm.
