I go to school in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Geographically it''s pretty much in the north-center of the US. Anyways, winters suck here...but right now it's technically fall.

IT IS F*CKING SNOWING OUT!

We've had an inch of snow today. Some of it has melted because the ground is still just naturally warm this early but still....SNOW on (lemme see my calender)...yep... it's definitely October 6th...

I hate the weather up here. It's hardly fall and we're already below freezing with a wind chill of 18 F with snow...

This temp in wintertime is nothing here actually. Days when we don't have a -40 F windchill are good days when it comes to December and January. Hell, even in weather like this during winter I could go out in just a sweatshirt

Yeah, it was ****ing hot when I had jury duty a few days ago (and, now that you mention it, I'm hot right now)... and the city decides it's best to turn the air conditioning off in the court over the weekend then turn it on again when Monday rolls around (but it takes forever to cool down). Anyway, I barely missed being on the jury of a high profile first-degree murder case starting in 1986. I probably wasn't picked because I had a bias against the death penalty. So, luckily, I don't have to go back every day for two weeks. Twelve hours in that building is enough for me...

Wow.. Its October 6 here in PA, and we have been seeing +80 F for the past couple weeks. By the looks of it on the weather channel and what not, we are supposed to fall into a sort of ~70 F for the next some odd weeks. No snow forever!

It's snowing up here in Winnipeg too. We only got a few centimetres though, the southwestern corner of Manitoba got hit pretty bad (foot and a half of snow in some towns). And to think that a few days ago it was like 80F.. god I hate winter. :|

Still pretty warm here (50's and 60's mostly) but I can't wait til it's cold again, pretty soon. Last year we had record breaking amounts of snow, I'm hoping for the same this year. It stayed below 0 for about four months, was great.
