It rained so much today.

Today, it rained so much that some roads were completely flooded (the ones near rivers). I saw a van parked there and it was almost half-submerged in water.

I wonder why they don't issue a "Rain warning' :|

You know... in my city, there are these little signs that go up higher than the average truck or SUV. And on them they have these numbers, from one to five.

One is fairly low, I guess... five goes up higher than any automobile's roof. How scary is that? lol

Uhh... if its up to that 5, why the hell am I outside in my car anyways, wouldn't I be drowning?
