It won't rank me up!

I got 80 kills, and I also got 200 kills, but after almost 24 hours it STILL dosn't rank me up!

Same thing happened when BF2 was released. The stats servers were overfilled. They don't learn anything ...

Oh my god, call the police! Seriously I think you'll be ok, its known that the servers will be overwhelmed when the game is first released to public.

I found out that the stat servers were packed, so I just went on another server, and sure enough, I got my 2 ranks up.

I'm ranking up quite fine, it takes a few hours, then I join a server and I rank up a few times once I get points.

The problem now is - I'm not getting my awards and my dogtags. Last time I checked I had 15 dog tags, while I'm sure I knifed about 50 people total.

if you have enough points to your next rank up, but it isn't actually letting you, log out before you exit the game, then start it up again. It should allow you to unlock then.

Take 2 aspirin, sleep on it, and call me in the morning if it still isn't better.

failing bliink's sound advice, update your punkbuster, mine wasnt ranking up either, that did the trick.
