It's the 4th of July weekend and many of our friends and family in the military are overseas.While everyone is out partying,watching fireworks,barbecueing, boarding planes to Seoul,S.Korea for a CS:source exibition(VALVe).What will many in this community described in the interview below be doing?

first they were in Germany new content surfaces,now it S.Korea for an exibition.What's so labor intensive about releasing 2-3 bink videos? What's there to do?browse to it and hit enter on the keybord?

think of how many people in backyard barbecues all across America that will run to the nearest PC to view the most awaited/agonized over single-player/HL2 & multi-player/CS:Source games ever

Oh you mean aside from setting up a network in preperation for one of the biggest online launches so far?
They'll probably have to set up an intricate monitoring system as a test before they can release the binks. If Steam fails when HL2 is released there would be some seriously bad press (not to mention a stark raving mad bunch of CS players who can't get into a game).

It's not American fans it's gamers I.E. the world does not revolve around America (nor does your president rule the world) :E .

This really only happens on Thanksgiving, where the holiday is on thursday and streched because soo many people travel to their family. The 4th usually gets people a few days off, so its possible people might get off Monday aswell.

Actually this Friday isn't a holiday, just the 4th, and since that's a Sunday, we get Monday off as well, at least I think that's why we get Monday off...
