I much prefer Interpol and The Editors to Joy Division. Could not get into that band at all. Not really sure what you're trying to say, mind.

Joy Division was let down by terrible production and a singer who's voice really got on my nerves.

I personally much prefer Interpol's first record to anything Joy Division ever put out. Can't really say much about their other two records, as i haven't given them a fair listen.

The latest Interpol was a bit meh, if I'm honest. Might need to dig it out again and give it another spin as in all fairness, it's been a while since I listened to it.
