It's all Screwed up...

I cant access any of my games, not even Steam itself. Can anyone help? I click on the Icon and nothing happens.

Now before you ask.

Yes, I do have Steam.
All of my games were store bought.

Have you tried reinstalling Steam?

Ctrl+alt+delete

Click the processes tab

look for steam.exe

close it. or it as it will say "end process"

that should do the trick.
