Ever since summer started, I've been going to bed later and later and later, and finally, I find myself not getting tired until 10:00 AM, I go to bed at 8-9 in the morning and get up around 10:00 in the evening, :eek:
Schools starting soon and I need to get up early, I need tips on how to make my self more tired then a fat guy walking up the stairs! :)
 
You've only accustomed yourself to sleeping later (or ealier depending on how you see it). You haven't changed anything in your body -- you're going against genetics.
 
I get like that all the time.. during school too which pisses teachers off! yay!
 
I'm aware of everything you just said, but what I'm saying is, I just need to sleep earlier, Got any tips? (That Work)
 
STAY up 24 hours and sleep at like, 9 PM, then wake up at 6ish. Then you're set pretty much.

I do that to get on normal schedule alot
 
I can do that in 4 days, many times all the way through constantly. If you do it for so long where you're up for 30ish hour runs and sleeping 12-15 constantly for like a week, you start to get sick. Body was designed for 16 up - 8 asleep
 
Start drinking as soon as you get up at 10:00PM, you'll fall into a drunken stuper at 12:00, and you will wake up pretty early if you had the right amount of alchohol (usually around 7 to 8), and then your set
 
I recently got back into my habit of going to bed at around 8-12am, then sleeping till about 3am the next day....

Way to solve this? dont stay up really really REALLY late and expect to get back into cycle, just sleep through the whole day and set your alarm clock (if you have one, i dont) to a normal time.
This way you wont wake up all tired and grouchy.

...Force yourself to go to sleep at 9pm.
Turn off the TV. Lights. Etc.
And go to sleep.

...Well it's easy enough for me :(
