I've heard of being AFK, but come on now!

I tried going to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight, but I just kept tossing and turning. I swear I'm becoming an insomniac. I blame it on unemployment.

Anyway, after reading DarkStar's excellent thread about his sister's friend, I fired up HLSW to appease my curiousity and see if anyone was playing on my server. Sure enough, there were a few other sleepless chaps online. The thing that got me was that one guy had been connected to the server for over 9 hours straight! Holy crap! See for yourself.

The best part about it is that I'm pretty sure he's been AFK for the better part of that time. Oh well, it's late and I'm easily amused.

Once I was playing W.E.T and I saw this guy wih 15000XP. Just as a rough guide a pro would take about an hour and a half to hit 1000 XP.

Status update:
BOB has just gone over the 10 hour mark. I think he's going for a world record.

He might of disconnected and it's actually a bug with the server still thinking he is there.

Wouldn't the server of just timed him out though if he was afk for that long?

I thought it might be a bug at first, too. But after running a few commands and getting replies from his client, I think otherwise. And I don't have the server set to autokick idle people. I normally don't get people that idle for 9+ hours at a time.

By the way, he's up over 16 hours! If he stays for more than 24 hours, can I call him a "regular"? I mean, it's not like I can say he keeps coming back... he just never leaves. :stare:
