IVP failed?

Anyone else gotten this error?

Engine Error
IVP Failed at D:\l4d\src\ivp\ivp_utility\ivu_vhash.cxx 157

I've gotten it two times in the past 20 minutes after the game completely shuts down without warning :\ My fiance sitting next to me got the error at the same time as well.

in other news, I validated the files blah blah whatever. Haven't had a chance to try out the game again but hoping tonight will find it working again.

This happened to my bro earlier, he quit the game then validated and started it back up, worked fine until the round changed and it happened again.

Not sure why the error is happening, hope theres a better fix for it soon
