the band Jedi Mind Tricks, anyone heard ?
haha. I thought it was all about some Jedi music, some really cool and fun music for starwars fans, but it was just a regular hip hop band singing nothing about Jedi. Why use this name :I

Yeh, i heard of em- they're nothing to write home about, but not too bad.
How often do you go by a band's name to find out what kind of music they play? That's a bit strange- no wonder they weren't as you expected, who the hell plays jedi music?

I dont search music after name, just happend to get this album so, why not try it out

Fair enough- so you dont like it?
They are pretty well critically acclaimed i think, but not my cup of tea personally. Prefer DJ Shadow, Mos Def. etc.

:cheers: Jedi Mind Tricks is on another level of Hip Hop. You got Vinnie Paz who changed his name from Ikon the Verbal Hologram and Jus Allah as the lyricists. While the producer is Stoupe. Jus Allah, sometime back broke up with the group... the latest from Jedi Mind was "Legacy of Blood" the second recent was "Visions of Ghandi" I think there are 2 other albums. They rap about politics, murder, scientifical shit, and religion. I think they're all from New York.


Oh yeah, Jus Allah came back to the group awhile back.
