Job for a real smart guy

ok, so i got this really hard problem,

i am trying to install the Motorola.PhoneTools.v4.04b and when i click the set up file this error message shows up:

An error (-5006 : 0x80070002) has occurred while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.


so i closed all the apps and there is not setup being run or waiting to be finished.

can anybody tell me what the problem might be?;(

I acutally just installed Motorola Phone Tools today. Although mines V3 I think. Anyway this seems to be a common problem.

Try doing what the last post said,
Rename your "InstallShiel"-Folder to something like "InstallShield_old", and it will work!!!


Also isn't 4.10 out?
