Michael Emerson and Terry O' Quinn both wanted to work together after LOST ended. Who could deny that when they both had parts together, they made some of the best moments on LOST? Well they pitched an idea for a comedy-drama show. The plot is they were retired black-ops agents when they are pulled from retirement and back into service. They also pitched the title of the show to be Odd Jobs. They also wanted JJ Abrams (made the new Star Trek and the pilot of LOST) to direct.

Well JJ Abrams said he would do it and NBC also said they are willing to do it as well. http://nymag.com/daily/entertainment/2010/09/nbc_picks_up_jj_abrams_linus_l.html

This is pretty big news and sounds like it would create an excellent tv show like Chuck, only that it doesn't suck.

Every time I hear about this, I think it's about 17th century philosophers, and then I wonder who the f*** Ben Linus was and what he could have contributed to the field of philosophy.

The actual show sounds like it could be really good.

Awesome.
Looking forward to it.

Could've done without the bit about Chuck sucking though, really don't see why everyone detests it so much.

The show is in my opinion the basic premise of "guy has wife that is really a CIA agent" thing. They add dry humor to it, etc. Plus the acting is just....horrid with basic facial mannerisms. I degress though as this isn't about Chuck but this new show.

Except that it's nothing at all like that.
Sounds to me like you're describing a different show entirely.

I apologize, I'm becoming a rabid fanboy of the show and am now going to attack any negativity about it.

Carry on.

i am willing to follow the two of them to whatever end. borh are amazing.

where is my lost spinoff, bitches

All my instincts suggests that this will be a below average show that will be promptly cancelled.

But **** instincts, it's friggin' Locke and Ben! Can't wait.

Slightly off-topic but, did the guy on the right play Zepp in the first Saw?

i don't know who zepp is, but i'm pretty sure he was in a saw film at some point.

He was in the first one. I would much rather see him redo that film.

I'm not surprised the ending doesn't make any sense if you haven't seen the rest of the movie.

Either watch the whole movie or don't bother. His death isn't really spectacular.

But it's a bunch of jumbled stuff. It does have Michael Emerson in it and I'm wondering what he did in the film.

Saw 1 was great and is entirely worth watching, really just go out and rent it or something.
What you saw in that video would make sense if you watched the full movie.

I don't exactly recall Michael Emerson's role in it but I think he was there to hold the captive guy's family hostage.
