Heh, Japans military is so green its...um, well, green. Anyway, their navy is only allowed to patrol certain areas which means that they are still under the protective wing of the USA. Kinda sad really, although apparently they have sent some soldiers to Iraq. However, they are pretty much there for show and to learn of the more experienced troops sent by other countries.

I quite like thier army though, because its used for building and other such things, like the roman army was and it would be better if more countries did that. However, that means less training. Ah well.
