jump pad

google hasn't been my friend in finding this, but I want to make a jump pad for my map and can't quite figure out how to make it propel me anywhere. I've tried a trigger_push, which worked sorta, and from what I've read you need some upward movement already for it to work(from the nudge by the jump pad), but in testing it by manual jumping it wasn' quite the effect I was thinking of. anyway, enough babbling.

All I want is something that can work like the xen jump pads in HL. any help? thanks
