Jumpy charactors

This is the first time I've experienced this. It only happens in episode one, and I've tried restarting my computer, and reinstalling. For some reason the characters body animations are jumpy, and laggy. Their facial animations are fine, but the characters themselves are moving statically. Any ideas as to what causes, or fixes this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
