hi i downloaded some new player models and ide like to implement them in garrys mod and in my online server how can i put the model into the mod? these are my first model dl's srry <<noob

If its an archived file then you should just be able to export to the root directory andall the files will sort themselves neatly.

however, if not, youll need to know the specific paths set by the modeller ands tuff. You may want to do a google search for the VTA Explorer to search through HL2s complex and frustrating directory tree.. That tool helps a great deal in figuring out where everything goes.
