Just bought Silent Hill 4: The Room

Just got Silent Hill 4: The Room, ive played the game before and thought it was crap compared to the other games in the serie. Silent Hill 2 and 3 were awsome, the best games ive played. But The Room was something totally different, with all these immortal ghosts and dubble headed maniacs. I dont know why i bought it when i dont like it that much. But im a big fan of Silent Hill so ill have to complete the game. Is there really anyone that thinks this game is good ?. Last time i played i came to the Prison for the second time and there is one immortal guy with a coat. Haha then i stopped playing. What do you think about this game ?

well i dont have it but like sh and have sh3 and have read LOADSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS on 1 and 2,most fans thought 4 was bad,the worst yet,i dunno,it looked the coolest when the trailers were released,they tried to do new things but apparently they didnt work

Depends how far you get...play it some more because later it gets worse than all 3 games...trust me...it's well worth it. It may start of slow..but it turns out awesome later.

Anyway, Silent Hill 4 isn't a true SH game. It was developed by Konami to be an independent I.P., but Konami thought it'd be too risky so they slapped the SH name on it and asked the developers to incorporate some links with previous SH games.
