It isn't tonight. It will be closer to the 28th. We'll give people

Just because there is preload in 2 weeks it doesn't mean playable in 2 weeks.
Preload on 28th
+ x weeks before cybercafes can use it
+ y weeks before cz owners can play it
It will probably still be mid august before we see it.

Of course I hope it will be much sooner
