Is the idea of advocating drugs wrong, as certian moderators believe. Now, I dont want to hear any opinions on whether drugs are "cool" or "wrong", just whether free speech is a right we all like to have.

Case in point, why can you not advocate a lifestyle of drug taking, but you can advocate, say, one video card or game lifestyle choice over another without repercussion. Will this thread follow in the list of unfairly closed ones? That remains to be seen...

if drugs were legal there would be nothing wrong with it, but as drugs are illegal from a moderating point of view it's as simple as if someone were advocating having a lifestyle similar to the german cannibal or promoting the downloading of the beta or .. etc
