just played bots on expert not impressed

i expected these bots to be so good that it is almost imposible to beat them but nope

are there any secret console commands i can do to juice up these stupid bots i want a real challange

bots need more skill they are god with awps but they dont get headshots everytime and miss some stuff like if your head is poked out behind a crate they will run right by

Why don't you edit the GCF file where BotProfile.db is, and tweak the DB file!??

You can delete their reaction time, and increase aggression and experience.

But I think the elite is maxed out

One problem the BOTS have is the setup.

e.g. If I got 5-on-5 with Expert bots, the bots on each side are experts. You cannot make your team Medium and the opposite team Experts.

This means whenever you have bots on your team they are just as good as the other side--so as you make the opponents harder your teammates are just as good and kind of cancel this out.

The solution I have found for this is to increase the odds. Playing 12-on-6 on Expert could make for a quality challenge. And it is more realistic because how often in real CS:S do your teammates stick with you? Whenever you go for objectives your teammates are rarely helping!

Btw, 3 humans on 9 hard bots is a pretty nice challenge on dust2. If they win a couple you cannot get very good guns to protect the Bomb as a terrorist. Had a lot of fun doing that!

thx for the ideas could you chose to stack the other team with 2-3 more bots and see what happens

or play with people that are worse than you so they are like medium bots
