Game actually plays awesome. Superbly animated, combat feels very physical and brutal and movement is just what you'd expect in portraying Batman. Although the demo was just two stages of the challenge mode that pits you against increasing numbers of generic thugs, it hooked me for a good ~20 minutes before I realized I was hogging the PS3 demo stand for too long.

People play the game prior to release, like it and preorder it for release price which is obviously highest. Demo's also provide the chance to teach players how the game should be played, or get their attention with a short free product, hopefully leading to KERCHING.
