Just put a new comp together and having trouble

I just put together a new desktop machine with a Thermaltake Xaser V5000 case and a P5AD2 Deluxe motherboard. I start it up and try to go to setup and it tells me the chassis has an intrusion and it says there is a fatal error then it shuts down. I tried taking off the chassis intrusion device and just putting the jumper back on the slot, but it still does the same thing, can anyone help me? It';s not a problem with the other parts because it recognizes them fine and the rest of my wiring is fine, it's just the chassis intrusion thing.
