It begins with scenes from A New Hope - notably Luke looking at Tatooine's twin suns then cuts to Alec Guiness's Obi Wan describing the Jedi as guardians of the Rebublic, etc.
We then see scenes from Episodes I and II. The scene then shifts to Anakin slowly turning to the camera with an expression of pure hate and evil on his face as the deep breathing of Darth Vader is heard in the background.
We then see a scene of the "lava planet" where I assume the duel b/w Anakin and Obi-Wan will take place. The screen goes black as we hear this dialogue:
Emperor: Lord Vader
Vader (James Earl Jones: Yes Master
Emperor: Rise
We then see footage of Vader (in full armor) slowly rising amid swirling mists interlaced with scenes of various characters from the prequel trilogy (including shots of several Wookies).
We then see various action sequences - starships flying by, Yoda lighting his saber, a REALLY nice shot of the Obi-Wan/Anakin duel with lava rising in the background, LOTS of interstellar combat among starships using snub fighters that look somewhat like X-Wings but have only one foil (which means they are probably Z-95 Headhunters).
Most interesting, there is one shot were Padme looks like she's about to kiss someone BUT from the way the shot is done, you see only the back of the head of the man she's about to kiss so you CAN'T tell if it's Anakin...or Obi-Wan as they both have long hair!
The trailer then ends with the title and the familiar strains of the Imperial March.
