.... is it possible to run hl2 in japanese with english subtitles? (just for kicks)


i switched my steam mode to japanese and started the game, but everyone spoke english (it created a hl2_japanese folder, but no changes), and my steam was all messed up (due to me not having the proper font files)



is this possible?

Go to Japan, but Half-Life 2, install, and play that.

Not short of creating your own Japanese voice samples.
Hell, most Japanese games nowadays don't even use Japanese voices.
