A tramp who broke into actress Jennifer Aniston's rented Malibu home, was sentenced to a year in prison on Tuesday and ordered to undergo psychological counselling. 49 year old, David Hesterbey took a $250/£141 taxi from Santa Barbara to Malibu in August, climbed over a 9 foot/2.7 metre fence and entered Aniston's house where he was confronted by her staff. The former Friends star was away filming in Chicago at the time and was not in court on Tuesday. Hesterbey pleaded no contest to a burglary charge and was ordered to stay away from the actress for 10 years. Aniston was living in Malibu at the time following her divorce in March from actor Brad Pitt. Now he pleaded no contest to a burglary, don't you think this tramp should spend longer than a year in prison as well as undergo psychological counselling?

Why? it's not like he was armed or had the intent to murder anybody. He's probably a deranged stalker or something, unless he's criminally insane I don't see any reason why he should get a harsher sentence just because it was Aniston's house.
