Last year a movie was in production based on one of the most horrific kidnapp/murder stoies in Canadian history and now just the other night i heard about the movie Karla
now im not sure what to make of it...but i am definitely against having shown Karla Homolka as a victim.
the news segment i was watching last night said that the parents of those innocent girls were shown the movie first so they could see that nothing incriminating was in there about their daughters and they were relieved about that even tho these parents did not want any movie released about this.
i think its Canadian theatres (on initial release) only and then later on in the month it is released in other countries.
its not the first time a movie like this has been released and it won't be the last time but hopefully people learn something from this.
