In order for Nader to get on the ballet, he had to gather enough signatures to be allowed on the November ballot. Nader gathered those signatures, but the Democrats challenged the validility of them. If I remember correctly, Nader withdrew from the Arizona ballot. However, the Green Party is still on the Arizona Ballot.
