keyboard beep, how do i disable it??

hearing that beep everytime i press shift+w+d (walking forward and sideways) just gets so annoying when i play cs:s...how do i disable it so it'll allow me to press all 3 buttons and not beep???...thx u

->Start
->Control Panel
->Accessibility Options
->Untick everything under the Keyboard tab

Then
->Settings (Under Sticky Keys)
->Untick Use Shortcut

Ok then. Let me further this specification even more.

Untick everything under the Keyboard tab and everything in each of the settings. You don't need any of that.

That should most definitely work.

I tried this too and it does not work. I'm using windows 2000 though but it seems the same.
