hello. i wanted to start a discussion on Ki.
are there any Ki practitionaers here? i
myself have been in training for 3 years
and am nearly a master. this thread is for
discussing Ki so if you practice Ki or have any
questions bout Ki then feel free to post.

FLS-EDIT:S1ddharthA I suggest you remake this thread and i will watch over it as much as possible. Unless of course, you dont want to.
 
I have no idea on what Ki is, but I am assuming it has to do with magic balls of energy that blows things up, AKA DragonBall etc

Or is it more related to spoon bending
 
Ki isnt magic at all. its funny how some people think that.
Ki is energy moving through all things. it is life energy.
meditators learn to manipulate this energy. the practice
or acupucture is based on the maipulation of this energy.

a Ki ball is nothing more than a concentration of Ki energy
into a smal lamount of space. they dont always take the shape
of a ball. making a Ki ball is the very first thing one must learn
to do. it is very basic. using energy in effecient ways is the goal
of a Ki practitioner. in other words not only forming balls but also
using them.
 
I can make farting noises using my arm pits. Can I begin training now master?

I've tried to make Psi Balls. Don't know if I'm making them or not tho. my concentration is absolutely horrible.

how are you going to ban people from the thread siddhartha? Ki? it's a big lie, perpetrated by "gurus" to sell mysticism to ignorants. only the uneducated and desperate would believe in such nonsense and be taken in by such obvious schiesterism.

but maybe i'm wrong? i would ask you to please demonstrate your Ki-master abilities. how do you respond? are your Ki balls something i can not experience b/c i'm not 'tuned-in' enough to your superstition? if not, please make a video of yourself, Ki-ing shit up. otherwise, this is a discussion about hocus-pocus, truely magic. a system of tricks and lies that can be used for entertainment or duping people who know no better.

mentalities like this hold us back as a species, we're still back in the dark ages of superstition and fear. i practice martial arts, and nearly all of the people involved in those believe in some sort of 'life energy' or something. this is fine as long as you're just describing empirical properties of the human body. but once you begin to invent balls and "flaming swords" as you mentioned in another thread, you're in the realm of fantasy.

also Ki isnt like cartoons, i cant video myself
blowing up thinks and send it to you. no one in
the world prolly has enough power to actually
blow things up with Ki. its possible but the energy
it would take is too high. only after ascendentation
can you even try to do that. so please dont post
that its a superstition.

I'm all for a serious discussion in this thread, most of the 'less intelligent' people have posted already, so thats out of the way.
But, you should'nt threaten to ban, since you can't.
 
well its my thread basically i can bvan them.
if they are posting stupid stuff trying to ruin
my thread i will ban them from it simple as that.
the mods should take action also. this shouldnt be

I believe in God, and that he made everything, but a "life force" flowing through everything..nope. a rock is a rock, not a living stone.

how do you think your heart beats?
cos it has energy. how are your cells
created without energy? Ki is a name
for the neergy that exists through all things
even a rock. everyhting in the physical dimension
is made of energy and is sustained by energy.
that is a rpoven fact. and that is what Ki is.

ascendentation? what does that even mean? science has not "proven" Ki, that's rediculous. it's funny how people always want to believe that 'science' has proven what ever superstition they've hooked their wagon to. i say, since what you believe in is immenently unprovable, why not bypass science altogether instead of high-jacking pseudoscience and claiming the rational world supports your crazy outlook? i would think that'd be a more powerful way of going about things.

but let me make it clear, i have no problem with people fooling themselves in the privacy of their own home.. i don't really even have much of a problem with snake-oil pushers taking advantage of the ignorant, that's the way the world works. but i'll take my opportunity to call you on your BS if i get the chance :)

WE have energy, all living things do. But a stone, or a table, glass, my speaker setup, they are not alive, my speakers have energy in the form of electricity flowing through them, sure, but it isn't ki.

a stone may be warm after the sun sets, but it is residual heat, and it will cool down, as there is no energy within the stone to maintain the heat.

The Force exists in two forms - the Light Side which represents good and the Dark Side which represents evil. The Light Side is attuned to love, peace, and harmony. The Dark Side uses anger, fear, and aggression. The Light and Dark are incompatible. For someone who believes in the peace and love of the Light Side to be near a Dark Force user who thrives off of the fear and hatred of others is very distressing. Likewise, for a Dark Jedi who feeds on inner rage and the sheer terror of those around him to have to tolerate the inner peace of a Light Side Force user is unbearable!

A Force-sensitive creature can learn to harness either side of the Force. A character's light/dark 'meter' is a sliding scale from -50 (evil) to +50 (good). All players have a Force Meter that starts off at 0 representing complete neutrality. Performing good actions will move a character's Force Meter one half a point in the positive direction. Conversely evil actions move a character's Force Meter one whole point in the negative direction. The Dark Side can be a very powerful influence on a character.

energy. everything is made of energy. matter
itself is energy. the physical dimension is made
of energy vibrating at a certaint frequency.

So,if u take Ki from other objects do they, umm dissappear because they dont have enough ki to sustain themselves?

coolio, if you take matter from objetcs do they
dissapear? think bout it man. but the answer to
your question is no. you cant suck energy out
of something until it dissapears because there
is no need. there is an endless supply of energy.
its not like there is a set amount of energy and we
can steal it from things. if we suck energy out of anything
it is replaced over time. and you cant suck energy out
of nonliving things anyway so it doesnt matter.

you can leech energy from a human being though,
enough to make the person very tired or get sick,
but only if you are a very skilled energy maipulator
can you do anything liek that. and you cant suck
energy until something dissapears or dies.
