Get a better internet connection or only play in servers with low ping.

Abuh!

erm, i have fastaccess DSL and i get kicked in EVERY SINGLE SERVER even low ping servers. and i only got kicked due to ping in only 1 server, everything else says "you have been kicked due to teamkilling, or you have been vote kicked out" and like i said, it only started doing this today

Well, I got the demo, pretty good, I got kicked a couple of times because of 'internet problems' I found out later I was joining linux servers :/

linux servers should make a difference, if anything, they will be more reliable.

I've been kicked a few times, usually automatically for TKing (which happened by accident), and only kicked once for a high ping. Turns out my dad was downloading with Bittorrent! argh! never share a network with anyone who knows about Bittorrent!

I live outside the US so I often have trouble finding servers with low ping. It's not really a problem with some games like CS:S or Wolfenstein Enemy Territory which are quite popular locally, so I can find local servers but for games like Halo I find it impossible to get a server with a ping below 250.

finding low ping ranked servers is proving a nightmare. cant wait till the patch comes out and we can finally use 3rd party apps for finding games.

Yes it actually does make a difference, they have pointed out there is ISSUES with the linux build, that is why they are releasing a new build with patch 1.01, or around the same time that patch is released.

i stand corrected. I did not know that! Interesting.

Would one of the issues happen to be not displaying any scores of stats of the previous round, while loading the next? or kicking everyone at the end of the round?

does anyone know what causes it its happening to me and its been 2 days now and i still cant play

It happened to me today as well, i joined a server and right before i was able to start playing and choosing my kit, it kicked me because of a votekick or teamkilling, i tried joining another server and it worked fine.

Sadman, tried reinstalling Battlefield2 again, then get the patch and then make sure you update punkbuster with the new bf2 version of punkbuster. Get the bf2 version, not the standalone version. http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=dl-bf2.php
