That is actually a skit in some show, I think. It's a parady of Candid Camera, and of course it is fake. People who get kicked in the nuts don't get back up after a few seconds. Beleive me, I know.

I find grazing to be worse then a full blown impact....takes a few seconds to feel it but it hurts for a good hour or so ;(
