Killicon Change

I don't know why, but recently whenever I kill any NPC with an smg, it spams the right top corner of the screen with error messages. Is it possible to change the killicon of the smg into just the basic skull killicon? Thanks.

Anyone know? This doesn't seem too hard...but I don't know how

It's probably some add-on you installed. The default ones are written in the game files and you can't really re-add them. You could delete your Garry's Mod folder after copying your add-ons and maps somewhere. Then re-add the add-ons one by one and see what is causing it. I am pretty sure a clean GMod install will not have the error you see.

I have so many addons, lol, I'm too lazy to do that, but is there a directory where all the HL2 weapon lua files are stored, I'm pretty sure I can just change the killicon.
