kinda stuck chasing the ADMIN (shootin balls)

so i chased down that crafty lil administrator and he droped my blue gun... now hes tryin to excape but i keep runing outa time to shoot these ORB type explosive incinerary balls at him.
can someone help. you ALL gotta know what part im talkin bout,

Keep firing the blue balls into the machine hes moving up into, when things start to go a bit crazy and stuff starts to fall off it, you know your hitting the right place.
