Fact is the majority of Japanese games don't get published outside of Japan, and there's a reason for that. Games that DO sell well outside of Japan and are (historically) produced by Japanese companies (like Metal Gear and Silent Hill games) are marketed towards a western audience and consequently don't do that well inside of Japan. We have no idea what the state of the Japanese games industry is like, unless you have to work with it.

They should do anime version of Left 4 Dead like Half-Life 2: Survivor.

I didn't say anything about great Japanese games

I don't classify any location where the game is made to depict if the game will be good or not.

Hell, I'd say maybe 10% of all games in existence to be great.
