Well guys and girls, spring brake is coming, and for college dudes it means going somewhere, getting some booze and tits, having good time in general. Any plans to do something exciting? Oh, I have some plans, and I need your guys help, at least a tip or advice.

Okay, so my girlfriend, who is Japanese (how else you think I would get into that weird anime), asked me to meet her parents, who, you guessed it, live in Japan. Yeah, so I am going to the Japan with her during the spring brake. Now, it’s not a secret that Japan is one weird place, VERY weird place. I asked my girl if I should know something interesting about Japan before I go there, like if there will be transformers running on the streets. She says that Japan is not that different from USA. Right…..

So HL2.net menz, help me, any of you been there before? We are going to Tokyo and it’s surroundings. Only things I know about Japan is that they have anime and Godzilla, that’s it. Educate me.

Ah yeah, while we are at it, I will make a list of MUST SEE things. Yeah Ariel, my girlfriend, already said that she will take me to some shrines, hot springs, art museums, and other boring crap. Here is why I AM going there:

1.) The most important thing: to see girls in school uniforms. (I watched too much of sailor moon back when I was a kid, so sue me)
2.) Game stores (I am a gamer after all)
3.) Girls in school uniforms (hey, even if I am 21, it doesn’t make me pedophile… I mean it’s Japan after all…. Right???)
4.) Arcade (yeah, I want to be beaten by little Japanese girl in DDR game)
5.) Girls in school uniforms (see pattern here?)
6.) Some anime store (gonna buy bunch of cheap anime and make my girlfriend translate it to English. )
7.) Girls in school uniforms (maybe it’s my fetish, you can’t judge me! YOU DON’T KNOW ME! )
8.) Electronic store

So yeah… that’s a list, anything else I missed? Oh yeah, maybe to get some dirty panties… I am kidding!

Any ideas guys? Should I be prepared for something ULTRA weird? After watching seaman army video, I don’t know what to expect.

P.S. I know only two words in japanese, Konichiwa and Arigato, mr.roboto.

Damn thats awesome. I know I would end up spending like at least $1000 on some retarded engrish clothing and shit.

If you don't mind me asking .. how much is it gona cost (I'm already planning for next spring break :P)
 
I"m pretty sure they shop for dinner everyday instead of like once a week or once every three months if you're one of those Costco massive surplus people that needs a gallon of mayonaise.
 
Around $600 per person, so yeah about $1200. Oh yeah, it’s only one way… haha, so multiply it by 2 and you get your price.
Good thing I am not paying for it, everything is done by her parents, for which I am glad, because I don't have such money right now. We are staying at her parents' house, so no money for hotel either.

Oh yeah, engrish clothing... yay for that :)

According to most anime, you should bump into girls' breasts and do a lot of upskirt checking. Just a thought...
 
Hey wasnt there something on the tom green show where he went to japan? Maybe rent that and get some ideas..like when he went into some place and bought some women underwear that some school girl wore... :laugh:. No i donno is there a gaming convention over there at this time of the year? If so go to it, take pics and post em. :)

Girls in school uniforms, oh wow, so amazing. I lived with that for 12 years...its not so amazing. In fact, i still see it all the time since there are so many schools around here.


However, some other aspects of Japan you described seem quite inviting. I want to visit the country some day soon.

You should watch Lost in Translation! Not only is it a funny movie but it shows how japanese people are like. But the movie has just been accused for racism because the japanese people say that they're not anything like they show in the film...

I personaly really wanna visit Japan. Its supposed to be a very nice welcoming place.
 
Actually, you should listen to your girlfriend, because Japan is not that much different from the US. Both are Democracies that support the expansion of business and trade, and citizens of both countries emulate eachother's cultures. In Japan, you will see America emulation, like you do with our watching anime and such. You will see many American cartoons dubbed in Japanese, like how you see Anime dubbed in English here. If you want something weird, that's very different and cold to America, go to China. Trust me, Japan rox0rz.

If there was anything bad enough to force to flee the US, I'd either go to Japan or Israel...Maybe Australia.

Yeah, Ariel told me a lot about how teenagers try to emulate American pop culture, it’s the same way in Russia. Plus I hear they are polite people, which is good.

Anyway, going to be the best spring brake ever.


P.S. I want to visit Switzerland, Sweden and Spain. I already been to Austria and Germany, loved it. Europe sure is beautiful place.
