Haven't played any. I pretty much had stopped playing L4D1 before proper support for custom campaigns were added. In L4D2 people are still having fun with the standard campaigns so I haven't seen any customs being played yet.

i've played death aboard. i'll try out cold case sometime though. we're definately still open for suggestions though
