Ladder doesn't get into map

Hi I've made two ladders in my map both have the same static model and you can climb both ladders. The only thing is that the second ladder never compiles in the map, I have shot the space where it is and I get nothing. I also created a cube brush right next to the ladder and then compiled again to see if it was compiling at all, and it did appear. I've also checked the fade distance, deleted and remade, and everything else I can think of. If anyone can tell me what is wrong thank you, and if you need my compile info just tell me.
