lag,awful fps with low ping in cs:s

yesterday steam updated and cs was fine but i just started playing today and noticed my performance was woeful,i checked the console and noticed this readin in red:



Performance warning: Mark bone 'ValveBiped.Bip01_L_Hand' in model 'player/terror.mdl' as being used by bone merge in the .qc!

anyone know what to do?

Try steampowered.com support and follow the instructions for validating your game to check for corrupt files, etc...
Have you actually tried the support pages there?

thx,the lag is gone but i still get that reading,i dunno,ill check your link

validating now...it completed but didnt say anything so i guess theres nothing wrong with my files
