lan network questions

hi im wondering if both pc's are playin in offline mode whether o0r not 2 people can network in same game using cd key, wanna network with my bro

Afraid not - Steam checks for identical keys and stops one of the accounts from working after a minute.

Not checked in Couterstrike, but works fine with HL2DM. Although it logs the last PC out, making u re-log in. If both players know the password it's no problem tho :naughty:
