laptop decision.

I think my parents are going to buy me a laptop for graduation, but they want me to do the research on a good laptop for $700 or so.

My choices are:

250 GB HD
3GB DDR2 ram
AMD Turion 64 X2 dual core

14 inch widescreen

AMD Turion 64 X2 dual core
nVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M
15 inch widescreen


I can't decide which one. Please help me.

This one would be good, but i go for a 14 inch screen. go to http://www.deals2buy.com


i got a 15 inch Dell laptop. its powerful with 2GB and a 8600 GT, but its a bitch to carry around campus.
