Larger cache or more system ram?

I was wondering what would give you a bigger boost in performance: Going from 512 cache to same clocked cpu with 1 meg, or going from 1 gig to 2 gigs lets say pc3200 ram?

specs are in my sig, i was just wondering if i made the right choice going for the 1mb L2 with 1 gig ram instead of 512kb L2 and 2 gigs.

Buy a video card.

Neither of those upgrades will benefit you at all.
