Last Night-WTF

last night i tried creating a server with bots in it and as soon as i loaded up and chose CT it started loading a new map. And it did this every time. i changed up my settings to see if that was it but it didnt work. What is goin on with it?

you porbly have the map time set to like 0 or somthing... im just guessing
