Left 4 Dead 2 Extended Mutation System Beta Launched

The Left 4 Dead 2 Workshop has been open to the public for a while now, allowing players to easily install any of the hundreds of Zoey in a bikini mods or change the entire cast of the game into creepy anime girls. Valve has now announced a beta test of their new Extended Mutation System. As the name suggests this is an overhaul of the in-game mutations system that should allow players much more control over the game, allowing them to make new gameplay modes.

The system is not available to the public yet but beta testers can check out a wiki for the new system here. Hopefully we can see these new game modes showing up for regular users on the Workshop soon.
