Let's get this out of the way right now. Forget everything that you read in the first part, because this is a whole different ball game. Playing as the Infected is a brand new experience that proves to be very fun. While playing as a survivor encourages cooperative gameplay in a familiar, yet unique style, the Infected team offers players a chance to terrorize the other team in so many entertaining ways that it is hard to keep from smiling the first time you sit down behind a pair of twisted zombie hands.

wow, that looks like a lot of fun. A lot of the gameplay elements of the infected remind me of the Alien critters from AVPII, which is my fave online game. I'll check this out.

I read that there's a voice comm Rosetta-thing like in BF2, is there no regular mic support?

This is right up in my top 5 most anticipated games.

Yup there is mic support. The only time you can't use it is when you're dead or you're gagging and coughing from the smoke created by a smoker. You really don't need it though because there is a sound file for everything you want to say. I think the recorded voices is in the hundreds for each character. I'm looking forward to this more than any game coming out this year. In fact I'm looking for a Summer job to make a new $1,500 computer just for this game.
